Customization and Tuning

Manifesto was designed to require as little actual manipulation of text files as possible. Within the constraints of the framework, almost all content and display issues can be controlled through online forms and CSS modifications.

This section is largely devoted to stylesheet modifications, but also contains some routine information on simple text modifications that can be made to excercise features or capabilities that are not included by default.
